The experience begins the moment you make your reservation. They make sure to gather all the information to make your stay with them as memorable as possible.

Once you arrive at the airport in St. Thomas, look for the small reception area where a friendly face is waiting to greet you, check you in and collect your bags. Then, you are taken in a resort van along with the other guests to the port where a yacht is waiting to take us to St. John.

Once we arrived at the resort, a friendly guest representative is waiting there to greet us and give us a small tour of the resort as we make our way to our rooms. Once we get to our room a bottle of Moët & Chandon Champagne is waiting for us a long with a special thank you note for booking our stay with them. Talk about great service!

Our room was right by the beach, yes oceanfront view. As soon as we opened the door the beach was there.

The resort had a delicious breakfast bar and multiple restaurants. Every day at 4 p.m. we had the Tea hour, where tea and small pastries were served.

Besides the delicious food and great service, another thing that made this experience unique were the donkeys. Yes, donkeys minding their own business around the resort. They don’t bother the guests and to be honest the staff do a great job cleaning up after them, so no need to worry about that zoo smell. It was fun to have such special guests around.
